Application of PTFE skived film tapes

图片
PTFE skived film tape  is another type of PTFE adhesive tape, which is skived into even thin film from a cylindrical PTFE block. During the skiving, the block was fixed and rotated at a high speed, and the sharp blade will shave into even thin film continuously. Skived PTFE Tapes have a variety of useful properties that make them suitable for many applications, including electrical applications and heat sealing. The key features of Teflon turning tapes are heat resistance, maximum slip, and high lubricity. Skived PTFE Tapes have the high elongation of PTFE material, allowing you to easily stretch and bend to accommodate irregular surfaces.  Bocheng  can help you find the right PTFE tape for your specific needs.   Color: Grey   Popular Thickness: 0.13mm 0.18mm    Common thickness: 0.13mm 0.17mm 0.18mm 0.2mm 0.23mm 0.3mm   You need to consider how strong Skived PTFE Tapes you need to meet the requirements of your unique environment or job. How to Care for Your Leather Bag?

图片
Conditioning leather is a practice that can help you keep your  beautiful leather bags  looking great. Why Condition Your Fine Leather Goods? So here are 3 reasons why I think you need to condition your  leather bag  to keep it looking great. 1. To Lubricate the Leather Fibers Imagine the cross section of leather. The fibers are randomly crisscrossed, fit together and bend in harmony. This is what makes leather a uniquely strong and supple material. As these fibers dry, the harmonic bending becomes more like a bunch of little saws rubbing against each other. Not good! So when you apply leather conditioner to your leather bag, the fibers absorb it. They absorb the lubricant and moisture to keep the fit and bend, just like gloves (leather gloves). But it's also important to condition enough but not too often. Leather fibers only need to absorb so much lubrication. At moisture levels above 25 %, the fibers will not absorb, swell and damage the leather.   2. Protect...

What is wet strength paper?

图片
A beer bottle taken out of the freezer will have small droplets of water attached to its outer surface, but its shiny label paper is not damaged by the water droplets. The shampoo in our bathrooms has a label that does not fall off even after it has been exposed to water. This is because the labels are made of   wet strength paper .  Let's take a look at what wet strength is. Wet Strength Wet strength chemicals provide strength to paper when it is wetted, this is called wet strength. Wet strength chemicals have little or no effect on the properties of the paper when dry, but when wet, the paper is stronger and resists breakage, tearing and friction damage. These agents are used in a wide range of grades of paper (household paper products, paperboard, etc.). Due to their highly cationic nature, they can help retain anionic additives. By combining them with the polyamide epichlorohydrin resin and polyamine epichlorohydrin resin ranges, they show excellent results in the r...

5 Symptoms of A Bad Oil Pump

图片
There are common symptoms you will notice when an oil pump fails, such as a drop in oil pressure or an overheated engine. If you hear a noise coming from your engine's valve train or oil pump, or if your car won't start at all, it's almost like a death sentence for your engine's oil pump.  In this guide, you'll learn to spot a bad oil pump in your vehicle. Recognizing the signs of a bad oil pump is key. 1. Oil pressure drops The engine oil pump is responsible for pressurizing the entire oil system. Therefore, a drop in oil pressure is the first sign of a problem. However, most cars do not have an oil pressure gauge. Your vehicle may be equipped with an oil pressure warning light or indicator. The light is in the shape of an oil can. When it turns on, this indicates that you should stop driving immediately to prevent any further damage to your engine. 2. Engine overheating Next, a faulty oil pump can also cause the engine to overheat. When the oil pump fails to cir...

How Baling Wire is Made - The Process

图片
Have you ever wondered how baling wire is made? This is often a question asked by those that use this wire for their business, mainly due to the seemingly inexplicable strength and robust nature of the product.   Well, if you buy baling wire on a regular basis, you'll be aware there are various types of  baling wire  on the market. These are then crafted with a wide range of materials. As a result, the process behind the creation of bale wire can differ depending on which materials are used.     First of all, note that all wires are derived from metal of some variety. This metal is then drawn or stretched to the intended diameter through a hole, usually via a draw or die plate. For baling wire, the metal used is typically either steel or iron.   While the process of making the base model for baling wire is relatively simple, it becomes a little more complicated when looking at modified versions - aka galvanized wire and annealed wire.   How...

A Brief Introduction to Corrugated Pipe Culvert

A corrugated pipe culvert  is a type of drainage piping that has a corrugated design .  Its corrugated design allows water to pass through it while giving it a high strength-to-weight ratio. Its smooth inner wall also makes it easy to connect and has a high flow capacity. These are just a few of the many types of drainage piping available. If you have a unique application that requires the ability to customize your pipe, it may be a good option. Two Common Types of Corrugated Pipe Culverts There are two common types of corrugated pipe culverts. One type is corrugated HDPE, which is widely used in gravity flow water management systems. This type of piping is lightweight and easy to install. The other type is spiral-connected and is designed for underground structures. Both types are equally suitable for drainage systems, but the corrugated pipe is less costly and easier to maintain. The major difference between these two culverts lies in their internal structure. ...
