Substrate: for a variety of substrates such as PET, Teslin, coated paper, fragile paper.
Mixing: Stir well before use to restore liquidity, the proposed length of 5 to 20 minutes while stirring.
Dilution: Stir the product can be used, we recommend without diluent. For dilution, to use thinner ZK10, recommended by the weight ratio of less than 1% of silver was diluted again stirred dilution evenly.
Recommended Process
Laboratory measurements show that different customers with different curing equipment and technology, curing conditions do adjusted accordingly to achieve the best cure. The cured film thickness and final resistance is affected by many factors, such as screen mesh, tension, scraping gum hardness, angle, speed, sensitive adhesive thickness.
Thickness: 8 ± 2μm
Mesh: 250-380 mesh polyester mesh or stainless steel mesh
Cure: 10 ~ 20min @ 135 ℃
Storage and use
1. Storage temperature: 5 ~ 25 ℃, sealed and stored in a dry, cool, dark place; use immediately after opening, the remaining product to be sealed;
2. Vacuum packaging shelf life of six months.
3. This product contains organic solvent, should be used to maintain good ventilation; should be used to avoid contact with skin, if they come into contact with skin or eyes, promptly wash with water and soap.
